How much time will I need to spend preparing and cooking meals?

On average, it takes around 10 to 20 minutes to prepare meals, with the cooking process usually between 20 to 30 minutes.

How do I know NOVUM isn't just a generic program claiming to help those with PCOS?

NOVUM has been developed by accredited doctors and healthcare experts who specialise in PCOS. Unlike many other programs, you’re not relying on one person discussing topics they may not be fully trained in. With NOVUM, you can rest assured that you’re receiving the highest level of education, backed by science, thanks to our dedicated team.

Will the meal plans be simple to follow?

Life can be busy, pricey, and dull. We’ve balanced simple, budget-friendly recipes with enough variety to keep your taste buds excited. Simplicity, convenience, and a touch of variety—that’s our goal.

Will the included recipes be convenient enough for a busy schedule and/or shift work?

How personalised will NOVUM be?

Each program will be tailored to your PCOS goal: Fertility, Weight Loss, or Holistic PCOS Healing. From answers you provide on a questionnaire when you join, workouts will be customised based on your current fitness level and specific goals. Our nutrition plans cater to allergens like gluten, dairy, and soy, and can be tailored to your dietary preferences.

What If I want to cancel within the first 8 weeks?

Please be aware that there is a 8 week minimum when you join NOVUM. This is because we want to focus our time & effort working with people who are truly ready and willing to commit. We don’t offer cancellations in the first 8 weeks of your program so before you join, please be 100% sure you are willing and able to commit.

Who should not join NOVUM?

NOVUM is designed for those who are committed to achieving their PCOS goals. The journey won’t be easy, but we will be there every step of the way to help you overcome obstacles and setbacks. We will work hard to provide you with the necessary tools and support you may need to feel, see, and experience positive changes. However, you must meet us halfway by fully committing yourself to the program. If you have doubts about your dedication within the first month, we recommend reevaluating your decision to join until you are better prepared.
