You can absolutely submit test results from a few months ago! Ideally we would recommend < 3 months old, but 3-6 months would be an acceptable range. Anything over 6 months is considered outdated, as numbers and levels can fluctuate/change over time, especially if you have implemented any lifestyle changes, undergone a period of high stress, or experienced any changes to your health.

They will still deliver personalised insights and a tailored PCOS plan based on your available results – so you can move forward confidently without needing additional tests.
