Commonly Asked Questions

My test results are a few months old. Do they still count or do I need to retest?

You can absolutely submit test results from a few months ago! Ideally we would recommend < 3 months old, but 3-6 months would be an acceptable range.  Anything over 6 months is considered outdated, as numbers and levels can fluctuate/change over time, especially if you have implemented any lifestyle changes, undergone a period of high stress, or experienced any changes to your health.

What if I haven’t done all the ideal blood tests for PCOS – will the review still be helpful?

Absolutely! No need for retesting. Kahlee & Kara can work with whatever results you have. They will still deliver personalised insights and a tailored PCOS plan based on your available results – so you can move forward confidently without needing additional tests. But please note: the more tests you have, the more in-depth, detailed reports and recommendations you will receive.

Can you do the blood tests for me?

We’re not able to complete or order blood tests on your behalf. However, once you’ve had your tests done – whether through your doctor, a lab, or another service – you can simply upload the results here.
